Detailed Job Description :- CI/CD Devops Engineer for Operations, 10 to 15 Years of experience.Skill Level : Architect level , Self starter and totally independent worker. Skills required : Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux Administration, EKS, Scripting on Python and Shell scripting, Scripting on Groovy and/or Golang, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet. Good to have : Cloudbees. Work location (Bangalore/Pune/Chennai) : Any location. Mode of work (Hybrid/Work from home) : - Hybrid - 2 days in week work from FIS office. Transportation (If Hybrid) : Yes/No : Yes. Work Shift timings : 2.30pm to 11.30pm. Interview Process : No of rounds : 2 (Virtual discussions).- CI/CD Devops Engineer for Operations for Operations (SRE focused) - 3 resources.- Self-starter & team player.- Should be comfortable in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.- Comfortable working with others to share knowledge and raise the technical ability of their peers.- Strong grasp/command of the English language. - Strong history of work in running SaaS applications in production. - Best if experienced being first SRE in an environment.- Comfortable establishing an SRE program from scratch.- Strong knowledge of k8s operations and management. - Bonus for applicable experience with EKS. - Knowledge of how applications run in k8s environment.- Bonus for knowledge of Cloudbees CI product. - Strong knowledge in IaC code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet). - Bonus for Terraform. - Strong knowledge of Python. - Extremely helpful to be knowledgeable in Groovy and/or Golang.- Very strong knowledge writing shell scripts. - Strong knowledge in observability concepts. - Monitoring/Alerting. - SLA/SLO/SLI understanding of terms and practical experience implementing.- Strong knowledge in Cloud computing concepts. - Strong preference for previous work experience in AWS. - Comfortable working with a development team in an iterative manner to achieve best practices.- Strong knowledge of Linux administration. - Strong understanding of networking relating to hosts. - Bonus for experience in building/maintaining IaC securely.
