Job Title : Camunda Development LeadLocation : Multiple locationsDepartment : IT/Software DevelopmentEmployment Type : Full-time/PermanentJob Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Camunda Development Lead to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business process management (BPM) solutions using the Camunda platform. This role requires extensive experience in BPM, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Camunda and its ecosystem.Key Responsibilities :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Technical Development :- Design and develop BPM solutions using the Camunda BPM platform.- Implement process models, decision tables, and user interfaces in Camunda.- Integrate Camunda with other systems and applications within the organization.Project Management : - Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Ensure that all BPM projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Quality Assurance :-Establish best practices and coding standards for BPM development.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.Innovation and Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest developments in BPM technologies and Camunda platform updates.- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.Documentation and Training : - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BPM solutions and processes.- Provide training and support to team members and end-users.Qualifications :Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience :- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in BPM development with at least 7+ years using Camunda BPM.- Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing projects.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Camunda BPM, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Soft Skills : - Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance bonuses.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Retirement plan with company match.- Paid time off and holidays.- Professional development opportunities.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.
