We are seeking a motivated and experienced System Administrator to join our growing IT team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise in various operating systems, hardware, and network technologies to maintain a reliable and efficient environment for our users.Responsibilities :- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices.- Perform system administration tasks on various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).- Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions for secure access to systems and resources.- Implement and maintain system security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and perform proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime.- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).- Install and configure software applications for user needs.- Provide technical support to users and assist them with troubleshooting technical problems.- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure.Qualifications :- 4-8 years of experience in system administration or a related IT support role.- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, or macOS server administration principles.- Experience with Active Directory or OpenLDAP for user and group management.- Experience with network administration concepts and basic network troubleshooting.- Experience with system security best practices and security tools (firewalls, antivirus).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
