Position : AI Lead - Computer VisionExperience : 10 to 12 YearsLocation : Hyderabad (All 5 days working from Office)Education: Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree in Computer ScienceThe ideal candidate for this role should possess :- At least 10 Yrs experience in industry with 4+Yrs in computer vision object detection pattern recognition AI automation or vision processing- 5+yrs of relevant exp in Data Scientist, AI/ML (Machine Learning) Engineer or related role- Excellent in Python and knowledge of TensorFlow PyTorch and distributed training / inference with Spark- Experience with CUDA OpenCL OpenGL OpenCV and at least one of PyTorch TensorFlow or Keras- Proficiency in Python Nodejs Java script or Java and experience in designing and developing highly scalable distributed ML models and open source projects- Knowledge of text detection & OCR human / face detection generative models video analytics and NLP techniquesResponsibilities :- Designing and developing scalable AI solutions and turning business requirements into effective analytical questions- Conducting research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models- Solutioning Data Pipeline Management for respective Use Cases- Testing tuning integrating packaging and monitoring solutions throughout the ML Cycle- Guiding the AI/ML Engineers on their daily tasks and technical challenges- Implementing postproduction activities to monitor model decay data drift and apply retraining approaches- Tracking daily progress from a solution standpoint and identifying and mitigating risks- Delivering well tested and fully documented modules to serve the use cases- Implementing state of the art deep learning algorithms and collaborating with system architects designers and engineers- Improving the efficiency and robustness of existing modules and prioritizing feature development with Product Management- Implementing application modules as discoverable microservices hosting and deploying ML solutions and performing code reviews- Promoting best practices establishing team processes and identifying infrastructure and architecture investment needs (ref:hirist.tech)
