Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Oracle SCM OTM professional to join our growing supply chain team. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of OTM functionalities, best practices, and configuration expertise to ensure our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:- Participate in the analysis and definition of business requirements for OTM functionalities.- Assist with the configuration and customization of OTM modules (Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Settlement, etc.) to align with our specific business processes.- Develop and maintain OTM workflows, business rules, and validations to automate tasks and optimize logistics workflows.- Manage and maintain master data (locations, carriers, routes, services) within the OTM system for accurate data management.- Create and manage reports and dashboards using OTM reporting tools (OTM Analytics, BI Publisher) to provide valuable insights into transportation performance and KPIs.- Integrate OTM with other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS) to ensure seamless data flow and improve operational efficiency.- Support end-users with OTM functionalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing training and guidance.- Stay up-to-date with the latest OTM features and functionalities through ongoing training and certifications.- Document OTM configurations, workflows, and processes for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.Qualifications:- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 4-7 years of experience working with Oracle SCM OTM in an implementation, configuration, or analyst role.- Strong understanding of OTM core functionalities (Order Management, Transportation Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement).- Experience with OTM configuration tools and workflows (Business Process Management, Workflows).- Proficiency in data management principles and experience working with OTM master data.- Experience with OTM reporting tools (OTM Analytics, BI Publisher) and data visualization techniques.- Experience with integrating OTM with other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.
