We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated NetSuite Lead Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.The Ideal Candidate :Experience :- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite consultant, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.- Experience leading and mentoring NetSuite consultant teams.- Experience managing client relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales environments.Technical Skills :- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including core modules, customization options, and integration capabilities.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and gap analysis methodologies.- Expertise in creating functional and user documentation for NetSuite configurations.- Proficient in troubleshooting complex NetSuite system and user issues.- Familiarity with NetSuite administration tasks such as user roles and permissions.- Experience with developing and implementing NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript or other tools.- (Plus) Experience integrating NetSuite with external applications.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A passion for helping clients improve their business processes with NetSuite.Responsibilities :- Lead NetSuite consulting teams in the delivery of customization services for clients.- Manage client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales support.- Identify, evaluate, and understand client requirements for NetSuite setup, configuration, and customization.- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.- Create clear and concise functional and user documentation for NetSuite configurations.- Analyze and troubleshoot complex NetSuite system and user issues, coordinating resolution across teams.- Perform NetSuite administrative tasks such as managing user roles and permissions.- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users on NetSuite functionalities.- Develop and implement NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript or other tools to meet specific client needs.- Create forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts, and workflows to automate business processes within NetSuite.- Integrate NetSuite with external applications as required by client needs.- Work collaboratively with the consulting team to develop innovative solutions for clients.- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget.
