Job Summary :As a Machine Learning Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.- Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.- Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.- Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines and automated workflows.- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure performance and accuracy over time.- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and services.- Document processes, models, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning and software engineering.- Ensure data privacy and security standards are upheld in all machine learning projects.Qualifications :Education :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.Experience :- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Skills :- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.- Proficiency in working with machine learning frameworks and libraries.- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience with deploying machine learning models in the cloud.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
