Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BTP Integration Application Developer to join our growing development team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying integration applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect our diverse landscape of applications and data sources. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP BTP integration services, cloud technologies, and best practices to create robust and scalable solutions that streamline data exchange and drive business automation.Responsibilities:- Analyze and understand business requirements for integration scenarios involving SAP and non-SAP systems.- Design and develop integration applications using SAP BTP integration services (CPI - Cloud Platform Integration Suite, Cloud Integration Flows).- Utilize various BTP integration capabilities like message mapping, data transformation, and error handling to ensure seamless data exchange.- Configure and manage communication channels (adapters) for connecting SAP BTP with external systems (REST APIs, databases, legacy systems).- Develop and implement security measures to ensure data integrity and access control within integration flows.- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track integration performance and identify potential issues.- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of developed integration applications.- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand integration needs and deliver successful solutions.- Document technical specifications, configurations, and code for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP BTP integration services and cloud technologies.Qualifications:- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 5-8 years of experience as a developer with a focus on enterprise application integration (EAI) or application development on cloud platforms.- Strong understanding of SAP BTP integration services (CPI, Cloud Integration Flows) and functionalities.- Experience with data mapping techniques (XSLT, graphical mapping tools) and data transformation tools (ABAP for advanced scenarios).- Experience with API development and communication protocols (REST APIs, SOAP) for integration with external systems.- Familiarity with cloud development concepts and best practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).- Experience with security considerations in application integration.- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve integration issues.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
