We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP ARIBA CIG Application Lead to join our growing procurement team. You will play a vital role in leading the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our SAP ARIBA Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) solution. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of ARIBA CIG functionalities, integration best practices, and leadership skills to ensure seamless data exchange between our ARIBA suite and other enterprise systems.Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis and definition of business requirements for ARIBA CIG integrations.- Design, configure, and test ARIBA CIG mappings for data exchange between ARIBA modules (Sourcing, Contract, Buying) and various source and target systems (ERP, legacy systems, external platforms).- Utilize ARIBA CIG features like data mapping, transformation, and error handling to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.- Configure and manage communication channels (adapters) for connecting ARIBA CIG with external systems (REST APIs, databases).- Implement robust security measures and access controls within ARIBA CIG configurations.- Develop and maintain documentation for ARIBA CIG configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.- Monitor and analyze ARIBA CIG performance metrics to identify potential issues and optimize integration processes.- Lead and mentor a team of ARIBA CIG specialists, providing training and guidance on best practices.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, ARIBA administrators, and IT teams to ensure successful integration outcomes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ARIBA CIG functionalities and industry best practices.Qualifications:- 4-6 years of experience working with SAP ARIBA CIG in a configuration, development, or leadership role.- Strong understanding of ARIBA CIG core functionalities, data mapping techniques, and integration best practices.- Experience with configuring communication channels (adapters) for connecting ARIBA CIG with external systems.- Proficiency in data transformation tools and techniques relevant to ARIBA CIG (XSLT, ABAP for advanced scenarios).- Experience with security considerations in application integration.- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration applications.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines.
