We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Siebel/EIM Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the rollout and improvement of our Siebel CRM system for our wholesale European branches.Key Responsibilities :Siebel System Rollout and Improvement :- Collaborate with project teams to support the successful rollout and ongoing improvement of the Siebel CRM system for European wholesale branches.CRM Standardization and Optimization :- Analyze and identify opportunities to standardize and improve existing CRM programs to enhance user experience and efficiency.Business Analysis and Customer Service :- Conduct business analysis activities to understand new customer service requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within the Siebel system.Post-Implementation System Support :- Ensure smooth post-implementation system stabilization for new sites, providing ongoing support and resolving any technical issues.Requirement Gathering and Design :- Participate actively in requirements gathering sessions, gap analysis workshops, and functional design discussions to define system functionalities for new business processes.Technical Expertise :- Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected user issues within the Siebel system.- Develop and implement new programs to automate business processes and improve user workflows.- Adhere to internal work processes like Change Miner and ITSM for efficient change management.Job Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or Business Administration (BA) (or equivalent qualification).- 5-8 years of experience working with Siebel CRM and Oracle PL/SQL programming.- Strong experience with Siebel Tools, including Siebel eScript, Siebel VB, and Business Services.- Working knowledge of Siebel application automation, Workflow, Siebel EIM, and data mapping design principles.- Experience managing large, complex IT projects with tight deadlines.- (Plus) Familiarity with web/mobile application development, operating systems, databases, web technologies, and web application servers.- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
