Description:
Your Responsibilities at Dealermatix include :- Collaborate with stakeholders, and customers to translate business requirements, develop functional designs and work closely with the Development and Support team to implement.- Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for requirements, and test cases, so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.- Leverage various project management tools for the execution of tasks and activities.- Champions the mantra of Document what you do, do what you document. - Creating and conducting presentations to internal and external stakeholders.- Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets customer/ business needs before each release.- Secure approval & change management activities with product owners or project managers before release.- Develop user guides and conduct training to end users.- Demonstration of outstanding communication skills (written and oral) internally and externally, across teams and functions, the , and ability to develop, and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.- Any other tasks as may be assigned.Your Expertise should include :- Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, track record of successful implementation and product enhancements.- Experience in working in ERP domains (Sales, Service, Inventory Management, Procurement, etc.) or in the - Automotive/E-commerce domain is a must.- Experience with hands-on salesforce.com is desired.- Experience of 10+ years of relevant experience.- Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines (ref:hirist.tech)
