Role : SAP HCM ConsultantWe are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Specialist to manage and optimize our Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HCM system, integrating it with other platforms, and providing solutions that align with SAP best practices.Job Description :a. Proven experience in OA PA Time Payroll: (15000+ users are there in DMart which are using the system) b. Integration experience with EY and SF. c. Very Good documentation experience of the solution provided and testing the solutions. d. Proven experience in providing best possible solution to the business need align with standard SAP best practices. e. Integration experience with SAP FI.Key Responsibilities :SAP HCM Module Management :- Manage and optimize the SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll for over 15,000 users.- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting.System Integration :- Lead and manage integration projects with external platforms such as EY and SuccessFactors.- Integrate SAP HCM with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.Documentation and Testing :- Develop comprehensive documentation for all solutions provided.- Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and standards.Solution Development :- Identify business needs and provide the best possible solutions that align with SAP best practices.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Support and Maintenance :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP HCM system.- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Qualifications :- Proven experience in managing SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll).- Extensive integration experience with EY and SuccessFactors.- Strong integration experience with SAP FI.- Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed solution documentation.- Proficient in testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and technical standards.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP HCM certification.- Experience in the retail industry.- Familiarity with SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.
