Note: Candidates currently or previously employed by Oracle must have a minimum 2-year gap from their last employment with Oracle.Job DescriptionOverview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Flexcube Functional Consultant & Techno-Functional Expert to join our team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE and core banking modules, along with a proven track record in implementing and supporting Flexcube solutions. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring successful end-to-end implementation of FLEXCUBE UBS.Key Responsibilities:- Core Banking Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of core banking modules including CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), and Payments.- Flexcube Product Proficiency: Possess comprehensive technical and functional understanding of Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking Products or modules, specifically versions 12.x to 14.5V.- Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation and support of core banking applications, ensuring successful deployment and operational stability.- Requirements Analysis: Gather, analyze, and validate user business processes and requirements, ensuring they are accurately documented into functional and non-technical specifications.- Issue Resolution: Liaise with internal teams and vendors to investigate reported issues, identify root causes, implement workarounds, and resolve issues effectively.- Design Review: Critically review and evaluate functional and technical design specifications from both business and technical perspectives.- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders, providing visibility and updates to leadership on project progress and issue resolution.Skills and Experience:- Experience Range: 5 to 20 years in the banking domain with a focus on FLEXCUBE UBS or other core banking applications.- Flexcube Specialization: Extensive experience with Flexcube systems analysis and the SDLC process.- Module Expertise: Proficiency in Flexcube 14.x version modules such as CASA, Core Banking, CL, OBPM, OBCL, Loan Origination, ELCM, 8C, LC & EOC, ATM.- Banking Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of at least one of the following domains: CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), Payments.- Implementation & Support Experience: Proven experience in the implementation and support of core banking applications.- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and validate business processes and requirements.- Technical Acumen: Ability to review and evaluate technical design specifications, providing insights from both business and technical viewpoints.- Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and leadership.Requirements:- Passport: Must hold a valid passport.- Oracle Employment: Must have a minimum 2-year gap from the last employment with Oracle.Compensation and Benefits:- Salary Package: Competitive package.- Accommodation: Additional accommodation benefits provided.
