Job Description :- Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.Technical Leadership :- Drive technical decisions and provide expertise in frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing.Architectural Design :- Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.Development :- Hands-on coding, contributing to frontend development tasks.- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions.Project Management :- Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in frontend development.Technical Skills :- Proficient in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).- Familiarity with frontend build tools (webpack, rollup...etc), package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.- Leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide the team (ref:hirist.tech)
