Requirement :STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)Tasks and Responsibilities :- Become a Generative AI Domain Specialist and influence the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs) in your chosen field.- Join our growing global team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and fairness of AI-generated content. Leverage your domain expertise and analytical skills to:- Evaluate and improve LLM-generated content- Develop and implement robust certification programs to qualify talent- Train and mentor Centific Quality Managers on domain-specific knowledge- Help select talent profiles for domain-specific roles- Become the go-to expert for domain-specific questions and solutions- Proactively identify and address content issues that might impact quality and add potential biasRequirements :- Proven expertise in your chosen domain, backed by strong academic background and- At least 4 year relevant experience[AG1]- Excellent proficiency in English and your native language- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to train and mentor others effectively- Previous experience in quality assurance practices (a plus)- Passion for Generative AI and its potential (a plus)- Strong writing skills (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
