Job Summary :We are seeking a talented and experienced IoT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing IoT solutions using Node.js and AWS services, including AWS IoT Core, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IoT applications and integrations on the AWS cloud platform. The candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one full IoT implementation on AWS and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities :- Develop IoT Solutions: Design and develop robust IoT applications using Node.js and integrate with AWS services.- AWS Cloud Expertise: Utilize AWS IoT Core, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and API Gateway to build scalable and secure IoT solutions.- Implementation and Maintenance: Manage end-to-end IoT project lifecycles, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various AWS services to enhance IoT application functionality.- Data Management: Handle data flow and storage using AWS services, ensuring efficient and secure data management.- Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality IoT solutions.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to IoT applications and AWS integrations promptly.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Experience: 4 to 6 years as an IoT developer, with significant experience in Node.js and AWS cloud services.- AWS IoT Core: Proficient in designing and implementing IoT solutions using AWS IoT Core.- AWS Services: Hands-on experience with AWS Kinesis, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.- MQTT: Strong understanding and experience with MQTT protocol for IoT communication.- Project Implementation: Successfully executed at least one full IoT implementation on AWS.- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile delivery environments.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
