Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, support, and rollout projects.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Support :- Lead and participate in at least two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support projects.- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.Technical Competency :- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, and Reports.- Ensure that all configurations align with business requirements and best practices.Client Management :- Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively.- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.Documentation and Design :- Map client requirements into Functional Design Documents or Business Process Designs.- Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation for project requirements and solutions.Rollout Experience :- Develop and propose effective data migration approaches.- Identify and highlight potential risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies.Qualifications :Experience :- 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP, specifically with SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end implementation or support projects involving Employee Central.- Experience with rollout projects, including data migration and risk management.Skills :- Strong expertise in Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, and Reporting.- Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and handle escalations.- Ability to create detailed Functional Design Documents and Business Process Designs.Certifications : Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.Preferred Experience :- Experience in the HR domain.- SAP HR experience is a plus.Professional Attributes :Communication and Client Management :- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and handle escalations.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations.- Ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.Documentation and Design :- Proficiency in mapping requirements into detailed and clear documentation.- Strong organizational skills to ensure comprehensive project documentation.
