Job Description :- Apply your 2+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IDN to develop, configure, and maintain identity management solutions.- Ensure the SailPoint IDN platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.- Manage the end-to-end application onboarding process specific to SailPoint, ensuring seamless integration with various enterprise applications.- Develop and implement onboarding workflows, provisioning policies, and access certifications to enhance security and compliance.- Provide L3 support for SailPoint IDN and IIQ, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution to maintain system reliability.- Work on incident management, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Security, Operations, Application Owners, and Service Providers, to deploy and enhance IAM solutions.- Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.- Demonstrate strong experience in managing IAM domain solutions, including user provisioning, access management, and compliance reporting.- Implement best practices for IAM governance and ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.- Show a strong desire to learn and contribute to the IAM domain, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management.- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Prepare clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and status reports.
