About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, particularly within the retail banking sector. Technical implementation experience with MS Dynamics CRM is essential, along with a proven track record in senior project management roles.Key Responsibilities :- Oversee and manage large-scale programs within the retail banking sector- Lead technical implementation projects for MS Dynamics CRM- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery- Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams- Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and address issuesRequirements :- 15-18 years of experience in program management- Significant experience as a Senior Program Manager- Proven technical implementation experience with MS Dynamics CRM- Strong background in retail banking is mandatory- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to drive projects to successful completion within scope, budget, and timelinePreferred Qualifications :- Additional experience with MSD (Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously (ref:hirist.tech)
