We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Syniti Consultant to join our team and play a key role in leading data migration projects for our clients, specifically those involving SAP systems.The Ideal Candidate :Technical Expertise :- Proven experience in SAP, ideally with techno-functional or functional expertise.- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, and PS (expertise in at least one module is a must).- Proficiency in data migration tools, specifically Syniti (formerly known as BackOffice CranSoft/DSP/SAP Data Services).- Experience with other data migration tools is a plus.- Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts.- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including advanced SQL query writing skills and a comprehensive grasp of table structures.Data Migration and Quality Focus :- Extensive data quality and data migration experience using Syniti tools.- Proven ability to plan and execute data warehouse creation, data analysis, and data conversion for migration activities.- Experience with data cleansing and transformation techniques.Leadership and Collaboration :- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams during data migration projects.- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.Solution-Oriented Approach :- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving mindset.- Experience in developing reusable artifacts, frameworks, and industry solutions to optimize data migration processes.- Ability to identify and overcome technical challenges during project implementation.Responsibilities :- Lead development teams in the implementation of data migration projects using Syniti tools and methodologies.- Collaborate with clients to understand their data migration requirements and design effective solutions.- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans, including data analysis, transformation, and cleansing activities.- Configure and utilize Syniti tools to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between source and target systems.- Develop reusable artifacts, frameworks, and industry solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency in data migration projects.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.- Document data migration processes and procedures clearly and concisely.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Syniti tools and best practices in data migration methodologies.- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
