Job Description :The HRMS modules inside the company will be managed and improved by the Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. This position calls for a combination of functional and technical understanding of HCM systems, with an emphasis on collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and provide workable solutions. Five to seven years of expertise with both the functional and technical aspects of HCM modules will make the perfect candidate.The HR Process Optimization and Workforce Management Efficiency Improvement of our Organization will be greatly enhanced by the HCM Consultant. They will be able to participate in the ongoing development of our HCM systems and work on demanding projects.Role & Responsibilities :Qualifications :- HRMS modules, Technical or Techno - functional- Connect with Business and Stakeholders management- Functional : HCM Modules, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5 to 7 years of experience in HCM modules management, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects.- Strong technical skills in Application Designer, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, PS Query, Application Packages, and Retrofitting.- Deep understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Self-Service functionalities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.- Certification in Oracle HCM modules or relevant technologies is a plus.
