We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows 365 Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing our cloud-based Windows environment.The Ideal Candidate :- A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing Windows environments, with a strong focus on Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration (2-4 years of experience specifically with Windows 365 & AVD is a plus).- Proven experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining Windows 365 cloud desktops.- In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with Windows 365.- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) best practices.- Experience with desktop virtualization technologies like Citrix or VMware is a plus.- Excellent understanding of system security principles and experience implementing security measures within Windows 365 environments.- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting Windows 365 performance issues.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A proactive approach to IT management with a focus on continuous improvement.Roles and Responsibilities :Configuration and Deployment :- Configure Windows 365 cloud PC settings according to organizational needs and user requirements.- Deploy Windows 365 cloud PCs at scale using automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).- Manage user assignments and permissions for Windows 365 cloud PCs.Maintenance and Optimization :- Perform routine maintenance tasks on Windows 365 cloud PCs, including software updates, security patching, and performance optimization.- Monitor system health and identify potential issues proactively.- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for Windows 365 environments.Security and Troubleshooting :- Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for Windows 365 environments.- Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 365 cloud PCs.- Collaborate with the security team to investigate and remediate security incidents.Integration and Automation :- Integrate Windows 365 with existing on-premises Active Directory or Azure AD infrastructure.- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.Documentation and Support :- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Windows 365 configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding Windows 365 cloud PCs.Staying Current :- Proactively stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Windows 365 technology.- Research and recommend new features or enhancements to optimize Windows 365 deployment.
