Our work involves solving real-world business problems, and we actively engage with our users, as well as the strategy and sales teams, to ensure our solutions are effective and impactful.Job Responsibilities :- As an NLP Engineer, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional team, which includes data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers. - You'll be responsible for building NLP-driven products and services within our organization, which is focused on cutting-edge AI and data solutions. - Your work will involve collaborating on the implementation of state-of-the-art NLP models like BERT, T5, GPT and others. - Additionally, you'll be working on modeling techniques to support a full spectrum of LLM tuning, from prompt engineering and instruction tuning to fine-tuning. - Developing scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine learning model development, validation, and serving will be an essential aspect of your role. - Your expertise will be sought after as you work closely with the product and engineering teams, gathering detailed requirements, developing technical designs, and implementing end-to-end production systems. - Working with data science cloud compute platforms - distributed computing, GPU, cloud platforms and Big Data (e.g. GCP, AWS, MS Azure, Hadoop, Spark, databricks). - Working with Git and modern software development lifecycle (MLflow, DVC, Apache Airflow, AWS, API (FastAPI, FLASK API, MLops). - Working with containerization such as Docker, kubeflow. Agile way of working. - Working with multiple machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g. scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, MXNet, PyTorch, CNTK, MLlib,Cuda) is required. - Examples of relevant modeling techniques include gradient boosting, support vector machine, topic modeling, word embedding, transformers, CNN, LSTM,RNN, time-series analysis, multi-arm bandit, GAN ( Text and Image Data Modelling Expert). - Examples of domain expertise in which we are interested are: Insurance (time series forecasting, computer vision, segmentation, graph analytics, natural language processing and text analytics. - HandsOn - Text Analytics Expert). Leading and collaborating on strategic initiatives. Job Requirements : - You should have 3-5 years of prior work experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer, preferably working with NLP systems.- NLP Expertise : A deep understanding of modern NLP systems, including word embeddings, transformer architectures, and software design principles is essential for this role.- Technical Skills : You should have hands-on experience in areas such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) applications, Information Retrieval, Machine Comprehension, and Question Answering/Conversational AI.- Cloud : preference will be to have AWS sagemaker experience.- Passion for Innovation : We are looking for individuals who are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and are eager to drive innovation within the field.- Collaborative Spirit : Strong collaboration skills are key as you'll be closely working with a diverse set of data scientists, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.
