Responsibilities: Manage and secure the organization’s IT infrastructure, particularly focusing on Microsoft-based technologies and services. Deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune to ensure efficient mobile device and application management. Develop and maintain IT infrastructure best practices, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. Serve as the Level 3 support expert for IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365, resolving complex issues and providing guidance to other IT staff. Configure, manage, and maintain Firewall and VPN solutions to safeguard network infrastructure. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Development & management of SharePoint site. Troubleshoot advance level issues regarding Windows Server & Active Directory. Management of Azure Resources & VMs. Management and deployment of Azure AD Infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering or related field is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in English Language). 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex Microsoft infrastructure environments. Proven track record of successful Azure architecture and deployment projects, with a deep understanding of Azure services and capabilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Intune. Experience with Office 365 SharePoint Administrator. Experience with Azure AD Experience with any IAM Provider. Experience using RMM, preferably ConnectWise & Intune. Hands on experience with Windows operating systems, preferably windows server. Experience gathering Client requirements, creating, and configuring innovative solutions, and presenting proposed solutions in a clear, concise manner. Ability to think out of the box solutions with pressure on time to market. Prepare and present weekly updates. Lead and participate in IT projects Powered by JazzHR
