Job brief We are seeking a Technical Lead to execute the full lifecycle of the product development, by programming well-designed, efficient, and testable code that meets specifications. Responsibilities Mandatory Technical Skills : Java, Spring boot, Micro Services, JUnit, Mockito, Cloud, AWS, Selenium, RestAPI Can provide technical vision for the teams. Facilitate technical discussions and arbitrate technical decisions. Provide technical leadership, guidance and support to teams, for code reviews, troubleshooting issues, resolving technical issues. Collaborate and participate with architecture on design principles and implementation plans Design and suggest technical delivery practices and be the technical voice for the team Drive quality practices within the teams technical deliverables Mentor engineers Coordinate decisions with stakeholders Contribute in coding Micro Services REST API Design Technical leadership skills and experience mentoring teams of up to 10+ people Experience with micro-service architectures, service ownership and performance Leading high-growth engineering teams Requirements 10+ Years of experience Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field Between 2 and 4 years as Technical Lead or Architect Experience developing server-side web applications in Java Experience developing Java Web Services with public API (e.g. REST, SOAP) Proficient in object-oriented development Able to effectively and quickly adopt new technology Knowledge of Java frameworks, architecture, and design patterns Good communication skills
