Job Brief We are looking for a Java Engineering Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead team members, develop programs, and set and meet the KPIs.Good To have certifications in: Project Management Agile Scrum Java or Related Technologies Responsibilities Lead multiple teams to ensure they work effectively, adhere to standards in their work and deliver results. Planning and delegation of tasks for the teams to ensure the teams are in the right roles with clearly defined responsibilities and projects are resourced appropriately to ensure success. Involve hiring process to bring in new talent including interviewing and assessing candidates. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate across all levels about teams progress and any challenges they are facing. Identify potential risks and mitigate them to ensure the success of projects. Experience in managing multi-site technical teams in an agile environment. Provided individual mentoring and coaching to team members for career development and skill improvement. Experience in stakeholder management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field 10+ years of sales experience 4+ years of a leadership role Strong communication and presentation skills Good ability to train people
