Job Description: 1. Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts 2. Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business for Corporate UPS, invertors, offline UPS, online UPS, stabilizer, batteries and solar/ renewable power projects. 3. Generate Enquiries, Generate References and explore new opportunities in the assigned region. 4. Meeting with Corporate clients to identify the technical issues of the product and to assure complete customer satisfaction. 5. Offer clients a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery. 6. To gather market information / trends / requirements of customers and provide input to Management. 7. Carry out Sales & Marketing Activities, Preparing Sales Plan. 8. Responsible for meeting the functional and technical requirements of customers' RFPs (Request for Participation). 9. Ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth. 10. Yearly produce the Companys Strategic Sales Plan and head the implementation throughout each Quarter. 11. Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and your product range. Desired Competencies: a) Graduate/Diploma or MBA/B.E-BTECH(Electronics or Electrical Background)b) 2+ years experience in similar industries c) Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Team Management, Decision-making, Leadership skills and negotiation skills. d) Analytical, and strategic mindset Presentation skills with logical argumentation. e) Having knowledge of site evaluation and electrical & electronics engineering, Good academic record with zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results. f) Should be dependable, self-motivated & display a sense of responsibility. g) Must quickly align him/her to the organization's objectives & values. h) Must possess problem solving ability. i) Candidates who are ready to build a career with long term commitment towards organization operate in a dynamic product market. j) Perform other duties as necessary to ensure sales production quota is achieved and create professional sales proposals. Segment : 1. Power Electronics Background(UPS/Inverter/Solar Background) 2. Electronics or Electrical background. 3. Central down-line candidates 4. Bike & License. 5. This is a field-work. 6. Convincing and Strong Communication Skills.
