Job Title: NetSuite Administrator/Developer Location: Chennai/Remote Experience: 5-10 Years Notice Period: Immediate or Less than 30 Days Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite ERP, including system customization, configuration, and integration. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: System Administration: - Manage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, including user account maintenance, data imports, and system customization. - Perform regular system audits and prepare for NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases. Customization and Development: - Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk. - Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to support business requirements. - Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. Process Improvement: - Analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience: - 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration and development.- Proven experience in scripting with SuiteScript, and creating custom workflows and forms.- Experience with SuiteCloud Developer tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk. Skills: 1. Knowledge of Power BI would be greatly appreciated.2. Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, and operations.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Project management skills are a plus. Certifications: - NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
