Good interpersonal, negotiating skills, team management skills and technical skills like data analysis, budgeting, and GAAP Good in computer skills / ERP Thorough understanding of financial innovation, including its evolving nature, potentialchoices, and implementations, as well as how to make financially wise choices aboutinvestments and infrastructural facilities, also how to interact with and enlightenemployees to ensure broad implementation across the organisation.
