We are currently seeking an HR Manager and this position is based in Gurgaon with regular visit to factory in Manesar. Position: HR Manager Location: Gurgaon No. of Vacancy: 1 Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 Years of Total Experience with 2 Years of experience in a similar role as HR Manager. Working in Factory environment in addition to Corporate Experience would be preferred. Job Description: As the Human Resources Manager at Sidharth Grease & Lubes Pvt Ltd, you will spearhead the comprehensive management of all human resources functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a thriving organizational culture. This pivotal role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Key Responsibilities: Manpower Acquisition Assess overall manpower requirements and timelines Map skill-sets to manpower requirements Sourcing talent Searching and screening suitable candidates for all levels Psychometric tools Campus recruitments Assessments and testing Lateral hiring Bulk hiring Creating training infrastructure environments Training & workshops Candidate onboarding, induction and orientation Operational HR Payroll and HR processes automation Labor law compliances Payroll structuring, processing and accounting Induction and orientation Full and final settlement Reimbursements Maintaining Employee cost centers Performance management Rewards and Recognition Learning and Development Compliance & Policy Management Employee Relations Attrition Analysis HR Dashboard Training and Development Identify training needs and create development programs. Organize and manage onboarding programs for new employees. Support career development initiatives and create pathways for employee growth. Skillsets Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS and other HR software Demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of human resources functions.
