About the Role :We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and user-friendly mobile applications. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable Android applications using Kotlin.- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and intuitive user interfaces (UI) that adhere to natural user interaction (NUI) principles.- Integrate Android applications with back-end services using RESTful APIs.- Ensure applications are compatible across various Android versions and screen sizes.- Implement offline storage mechanisms and optimize application performance through threading and code optimization techniques.- Leverage the open-source Android ecosystem and utilize libraries for common tasks.- Design and develop applications that adhere to Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Android development landscape.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 3-5 years of professional experience in Android development.- Proficient in Kotlin, Android SDK, various Android versions, and responsive design techniques.- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them with Android applications.- Understanding of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning best practices.- Ability to design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on natural user interaction (NUI).- Familiarity with using additional sensors like gyroscopes and accelerometers in Android applications.- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and commonly used libraries.- Solid understanding of Google's Material Design principles and Android interface guidelines.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.- Passion for mobile development and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
