Job Overview :This job role will require the desired candidate to manage Network & Security for the Technology function, be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the department, while collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs and managing a team of individuals.Key Roles & Responsibilities :- Hands-on, Manage and oversee the Network & Security activities of the technology function.- Act as a reliability owner & ensure system availability of DC, DR and Branch.- Strategize for and ensure effective Monitoring of Network services. - Manage and focus on SLA adherence, Network availability & drive incident reductions.- Design and oversee implementation of robust Network & security architectures to protect the company's network infrastructure and sensitive data.- Develop and manage budgets for network and security initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.- Lead and mentor a team of network and security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.- Candidate should possess domain knowledge and experience in network and security, service delivery, team and program management.- Knowledge of Latest Network Technology Trends is Must. - Routing, Switching, Firewall, Load Balancer, Express Route and Direct connects knowledge required.
