Summary :We are seeking a strategic and experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to join our team. You will take ownership of our Salesforce platform, overseeing its overall health, performance, optimization, and long-term growth strategy. You will lead a team of Salesforce professionals (administrators, developers, etc.) and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with our evolving business needs.Responsibilities :- Lead and manage the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and budget.- Develop and implement a governance framework for Salesforce usage, security, and data management.- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals (administrators, developers, etc.).- Monitor Salesforce performance and identify opportunities for optimization.- Oversee system health and ensure system uptime and data integrity.- Implement data quality and data governance best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, ensuring the platform remains innovative and adaptable.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.- Identify and implement Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes and drive user adoption.- Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce documentation.- Drive user training and adoption initiatives.- Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce and third-party integrations.Qualifications :- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce leadership role (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Senior Salesforce Administrator).- Proven track record of successfully managing, optimizing, and scaling a Salesforce platform.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governance principles.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Experience in developing and implementing a Salesforce strategy aligned with business goals.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
