Description:

Summary :We are seeking a driven and experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. You will bridge the gap between business and technology by analyzing user needs, designing and configuring Salesforce solutions, and driving user adoption through effective training and change management initiatives.Responsibilities :- Partner with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand their business challenges and opportunities within Salesforce.- Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and identify areas for improvement.- Gather and document user requirements through interviews, workshops, and user surveys.- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including workflows, automation rules, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and reports.- Develop test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) criteria to ensure functionalities meet user needs.- Create and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote user adoption.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionalities (Sales Cloud, optional: Service Cloud, Community Cloud).- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the platform.- Document configurations and processes clearly for future reference.- Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot Salesforce related issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.Qualifications :- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.- Proven experience in business process analysis and Salesforce configuration.- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, optional: Service Cloud, Community Cloud).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.- Experience with user training and change management methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
