Summary :We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and customizing our Salesforce instance to support our sales, marketing, and customer success operations. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and a seamless user experience within the platform.Responsibilities :- Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings.- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and record types to meet evolving business needs.- Create and automate workflows and processes to streamline business activities.- Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide data insights for informed decision-making.- Integrate Salesforce with other business applications to ensure data consistency and improve efficiency.- Perform data import, cleansing, and migration tasks.- Manage user training and adoption initiatives to maximize Salesforce utilization.- Maintain system health and performance by monitoring system usage and applying updates.- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot Salesforce related issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality.Qualifications :- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent role.- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification preferred.- Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, optional: Service Cloud, Community Cloud).- Experience with data management, including data import, cleansing, and reporting.- Proficiency in workflow and process automation using tools like Salesforce Flow.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
