Description:
Summary :We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in customizing and extending the ServiceNow platform to automate workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance user experience.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and customizations using ServiceNow scripting languages.- Translate customer requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.- Design, develop, and deploy scoped applications to meet specific business needs.- Leverage ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB) features like Change Management, Release Management, Dashboards, Reports, and Service Catalog.- Configure and manage integrations with third-party applications to streamline data flow.- Analyze and optimize ServiceNow performance using Performance Analytics tools.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful deployments.- Identify, diagnose, and resolve ServiceNow related issues.- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM processes preferred.Qualifications :- Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core concepts and scripting languages.- Proven experience in developing and supporting scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow OOTB features like Change Management, Release Management, Dashboards, Reports, and Service Catalog.- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), Service Portal, Integrations, and Performance Analytics (a plus).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- Proficiency in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
