About the job :Role : Technical Architect (SCCM/Intune)Roles & Responsibilities :- Our team is seeking an SCCM Architect to play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for managing and securing endpoints across our organization.- Your expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences, optimizing device management, and ensuring data protection.- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to create robust end-user device strategies.Responsibilities :Solution Design and Implementation :- Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.- Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and content.Device Lifecycle Management :- Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provision to retirement.- Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.- Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.Application Management :- Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, Mobile).- Optimize application delivery and license management.- Troubleshoot application-related issues.User Experience Enhancement :- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points.- Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.- Continuously improve user satisfaction with end-user device services.Infrastructure Optimization :- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for end-user devices.- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of end-user devices infrastructure.Requirements :- Proven experience as an end-user devices Architect or similar role.- Strong understanding of end-user devices platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, etc.).- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.Skills :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in end-user devices tools and technologies.- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).- Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.- Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc.).Soft Skills :- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.- Project management and organizational abilities.- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
