Summary :We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our team. You will leverage your deep knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to optimize our ERP system and drive operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain.Responsibilities :- Analyze and optimize business processes related to production planning, material management, and quality control.- Lead and participate in SAP PP/QM implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration.- Develop and implement effective PP/QM strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure product quality.- Configure and manage master data (materials, bills of materials, work centers, etc.) within the PP module.- Design and implement production planning processes, including forecasting, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), capacity planning, and scheduling.- Configure and manage quality control processes within the QM module, including inspection plans, defect recording, and non-conformance management.- Integrate SAP PP/QM with other relevant modules (e.g., MM, FI) to ensure seamless data flow and operational visibility.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for PP/QM configurations and processes.- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP PP/QM functionalities.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP PP/QM features and best practices.- Identify and recommend potential enhancements to further optimize the SAP PP/QM system.Qualifications :- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules, functionalities, and configuration options.- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing SAP PP/QM solutions for manufacturing environments.- Strong understanding of production planning concepts (MRP, capacity planning, scheduling).- Experience with quality management principles and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (a plus).- Experience in a specific industry relevant to your company (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
