Summary :We are seeking a driven and experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure EC aligns with our evolving business needs and provides a streamlined HR experience for our employees.Responsibilities :- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into actionable configurations within SuccessFactors EC.- Analyze and optimize existing SuccessFactors EC configurations for data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.- Configure and manage core HR modules within EC, such as Employee Central Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Performance Management (optional).- Configure workflows, business rules, and automation processes to streamline HR operations within EC.- Develop and maintain security roles and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.- Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct training sessions to promote user adoption of EC functionalities.- Manage user data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the process.- Provide ongoing support to HR users and troubleshoot EC-related issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors EC features and best practices.- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of EC with other HR systems.- Document configurations and processes for future reference.- Participate in system health checks and performance optimization initiatives.Qualifications :- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant or similar HR system configuration role.- Proven experience in implementing and managing SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Strong understanding of core HR processes and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.- Experience with data migration techniques (a plus).- Experience with SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools (a plus).- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (a plus).
