Job Description :The identified candidate will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud EPM product. The candidate will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch releases- upgrades testing, issue resolution. He / She will work collaboratively with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project/Support teams which include transformation, implementation, Roll-out, Upgrades, Development and Support projects.Responsibilities :- Production support project experience - understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, change management process etc. - In case of change requests and/or new deployments then gather requirements, design, develop, document and support Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementations.- Expert in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) with hands-on experience in designing formats, creating profiles, reconciliation rules, workflow, and system settings in Compliance module.- Expert in building Transaction Matching Match Types (Data source, Rules, Filters, Journal Mapping, Transaction Types).- Prior experience with Data Management in integrating ARCS with different source systems (GL) such as Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS, Peoplesoft, etc. as well as subledger sources (AR, AP, FA) and Transaction Matching sources.- Develop automation scripts using EPM Automate / REST APIs.- Report build that includes BI reports in ARCS and FR reports in FCCS.- Secondary skills- Implemented projects with Oracle FCCS (Financial Cloud and Consolidation Service) and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up Ownership module, catering to Intercompany eliminations in FCCS, designing web forms and data grids, creating validation accounts, Data locking.- Understanding of the financial close cycle, account reconciliation and related best practices.- Experience creating consolidated financial statements for customers.- Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding the Support project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure support team deliver on the required activities and tasks- meeting SLA's and quality with customer satisfaction. - Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett's solution meets the customer objectives.- Effectively applies Hackett's managed services - methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.To qualify for the role, candidate must have:- Over 8+ years of ARCS experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications in various domains and products related to ARCS and preferable FCCS.- Excellent communication skills.- Experience in ARCS with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite.- Prior experience in production support - Incident/Issue management, problem management, deployment, quarterly patches testing, automation techniques. - Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design; deployment and production support - ARCS.- Hands on experience in configuration of ARM/ARCS (Creating profiles, formats, reconciliation, and reports)- Hands on experience implementing Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.- Hands on experience in migrating techniques using EPM automate Utility, Navigator, Migrating from On-Premises Financial Close Management to Account Reconciliation Cloud- Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings and loading of data.- Desired functional knowledge (Understanding of Chart of Accounts and Account reconciliation process)- Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.- Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.- Should be open to adopting new technologies.- Having Cloud certification is an added advantage "Oracle Account Reconciliation 2023 Implementation Essentials (1Z0-1087-23)"Personal :- Should be approachable, should be flexible at work, EST/graveyard shift hours coverage on a need basis.- Should understand business objectives and organization structure.- The candidate must have strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence. - The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach & lead the teamPreferred Skills Job :- Must have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications. Good to have prior Finance modules experience.- Knowledge in other EPM applications (FCCS, DI, EPBS) functional and technical experience is a plus.- Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS], EPM Automate, SmartView's and FRs reporting.- Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)- Should be flexible to work for long hours to overlap with the EST, CST and PST working hours.- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills. - Should have a positive attitude. Good to Have :- Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud- Experience in HFR and FDMEE/DM- Working Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase- Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting.- Good Knowledge of BI Publisher.- MBA Finance or Candidate with good finance domain background is a Plus- Having Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage "Account Reconciliation Cloud Implementation Professional"Personal :- Should understand business objectives and organization structure. - The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness. - The candidate must have leadership capabilities and create a working environment where the team wants to work for the leader.- The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity. - Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence. - Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables (ref:hirist.tech)
