Job Description : Identified Candidate will act as a SME by possessing broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Cloud EPM product. Candidate will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle EPM technologies to deliver superior business impact. He / She will work collaboratively with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project teams which include transformation, implementation, Roll-out, Upgrades, Development or Support. Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders (Internal & External). Responsibilities :- Gather requirements, design, develop, document and support FCCS.- The primary responsibility of the position will be support of the full lifecycle of a Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) support and implementation including designing, architecting, developing, testing, and deployment.- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) with strong consolidations, close, and financial reporting knowledge. - Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirementsDevelop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.- Convert functional requirements into technical objects.- Provide suggestions on the FCCS design aspects to the Onshore team.- Design FCCS system based on the client's requirements.- Deploy FCCS Balance out of the box rule in FCCS and create validation sheets based on this rule.- Implementing various consolidation Methods.- Experience in writing the Custom Business rules in FCCS.- Experience in Phased data submission.- Explored and implemented data locking process in FCCS.- Financial reporting and analysis experience.- Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices.- Experience creating consolidated financial statements for customers.- Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements- Lead Consultant will be responsible for understanding the project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure our teams deliver on the required activities and tasks. - As a subject matter expert, he/she employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.- Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett's solution meets the customer objectives.- Effectively applies Hackett's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.Essential Skills :To qualify for the role, candidate must have :- Over 6+ years HFM/EPM FCCS experience in the areas of administration, design, analysis, development, and Support of applications in various domains and products related to FCCS.- At least 5 years' experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management- At least 5 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.- Should have Implemented projects with Oracle FCCS (Financial Cloud and Consolidation Service) and developed artifacts starting from Metadata creation/updates, setting up Ownership module, catering to Intercompany eliminations in FCCS, designing web forms and data grids, creating validation accounts, Data locking.- Must have complete project lifecycle experience in a Financial Consolidation Project.- Must have Hands on Experience with FCCS.- Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, financial reports based on client requirements.- Must be able to articulate the consolidation process and Implementing the consolidation methods in FCCS.- Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations.- Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load and Data Load.- Experience with Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) and/or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) is a plus.- Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.- Strong skills across MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.- Should be open to adopt new technologies.- Having latest Cloud Certification is an added advantage.Personal :- Should be approachable, should be flexible at work, EST hours coverage is expected.- Should understand business objectives and organization structure.- The candidate must have strong work ethics, trustworthiness, and self-confidence.- The candidate should work accurately with good attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach & lead the teamPreferred Skills :- Must have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications. Good to have prior HFM experience.- Knowledge in other EPM applications (Preferable - ARCS and PBCS) functional and technical experience is a plus- Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, ARCS], EPM Automate, SmartView's and FRs reporting.- Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)- Should be flexible to work for long hours to overlap with the EST, CST and PST working hours.- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills. - Should have positive attitude. Good to Have :- Experience in HFR and FDMEE/DM- Working Knowledge on Hyperion Planning and Essbase- Working Knowledge on SQL Scripting.- Good Knowledge on BI Publisher.- MBA Finance or Candidate with good finance domain background is a Plus.- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM work stream is a Plus.Personal :- Should understand business objectives and organization structure.- The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness. - The candidate must have leadership capabilities and create a working environment where the team wants to work for the leader.- The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity.- Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence.- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables (ref:hirist.tech)
