Description:

Overview :We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing, supporting, and rolling out SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects. The role requires strong technical and functional skills, along with excellent communication and client management abilities.Key Responsibilities :Implementation and Support :- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and support projects involving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Conduct requirements gathering, system configuration, customization, and testing.- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Technical Competency and Configuration :- Possess strong knowledge and experience in Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP (Role-Based Permissions), Foundation Objects, Position Management, Time Off, OData APIs, and Reports.- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.Client Management :- Manage client expectations and handle escalations effectively with strong communication skills.- Collaborate with clients to map requirements into Functional Design Documents or Business Process Design.Project Management and Rollout :- Develop and propose data migration approaches and strategies.- Highlight and mitigate risks and issues during the project lifecycle.- Ensure successful rollouts by adhering to project timelines and quality standards.Documentation and Training :- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.- Provide training and support to end-users and team members.Required Skills and Experience :- 5-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including implementation, support, and rollout projects.- Involved in at least 2 end-to-end implementation/support projects involving Employee Central.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations and escalations.- Ability to map requirements into Functional Design Documents or Business Process Design.Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.- HR domain experience is highly desirable.- Experience with SAP HR is a plus.Preferred Attributes :- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- High level of integrity and professionalism.- Adaptability to changing business environments and project requirements.Application Process :- Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience.- Please highlight specific projects or initiatives you have led or contributed to, particularly those involving SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
