Overview : We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Consultant with 4-10 years of experience in SAP Build Work Zone (BTP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Workzone Standard and Workzone Advanced and will be an integral part of our development project team. This long-term project requires regular offshore work with overlapping onsite support until 11 : 30 am EST (10 pm IST).Key Responsibilities : Project Development and Implementation : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Build Work Zone solutions.- Work on both Workzone Standard and Workzone Advanced to meet project requirements.- Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality solutions within the defined timelines.Requirement Gathering and Analysis : - Engage with business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements.- Conduct detailed analysis to translate business needs into technical specifications.- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices.Technical Expertise and Development : - Utilize deep technical expertise in SAP Build Work Zone to develop custom applications and extensions.- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Work Zone with other SAP and non-SAP systems.- Optimize and enhance existing Work Zone implementations to improve performance and user experience.Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop comprehensive test plans and perform rigorous testing to ensure solution quality.- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Identify and resolve issues or defects promptly to ensure smooth project delivery.Collaboration and Support : - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and IT support.- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.- Offer onsite support overlapping with offshore teams until 11 : 30 am EST (10 pm IST) to ensure continuous collaboration and support.Documentation and Training : - Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.- Ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing within the team.Required Skills and Experience : - 4-10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SAP Build Work Zone (BTP).- Proven expertise in Workzone Standard and ideally in Workzone Advanced.- Strong understanding of SAP Build Work Zone architecture, design, and development.- Experience in integrating SAP Work Zone with other SAP and non-SAP systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to work in offshore hours with overlapping onsite support until 11 : 30 am EST (10 pm IST).Desired Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- SAP certification in Work Zone or related modules is preferred.- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in SAP Build Work Zone.Preferred Attributes : - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- High level of integrity and professionalism.- Adaptability to changing business environments and project requirements.
