We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and have a proven track record of utilizing various Excel functionalities to analyze data, create reports, and support business decisions. This role demands strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities :Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform complex data analysis.Develop and maintain Excel models to support business decision-making.Create detailed reports and dashboards to present data insights to stakeholders.Excel Expertise:Proficiently use Excel formulas to automate and streamline data processing.Leverage Power Pivot to handle large datasets and perform intricate data analysis.Develop and maintain Excel Macros to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.Implement Vlookup and other lookup functions to integrate and compare data from various sources.Dashboard Creation:Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Excel and other relevant tools.Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights and are user-friendly for non-technical stakeholders.Power Query and Data Modelling:Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.Build and maintain data models to support various business analyses and reporting needs.Communication and Client Interaction:Compose clear and concise emails to communicate findings, recommendations, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.Engage in effective client communication to understand their needs, present solutions, and manage expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, Power Pivot, Macros, Vlookup, and dashboard creation.Experience with Power Query and data modelling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Skills :Experience with other data analysis tools and software.Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.Familiarity with SQL and database management.
