Description:
Job Description :We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, developing, and executing automated test suites. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of automation frameworks, programming languages, and best practices to streamline the testing process and improve software quality.Responsibilities :- Analyze and understand software requirements to design automated test cases and scenarios.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and other relevant tools.- Utilize Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber to create expressive and readable test specifications.- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for faster feedback and delivery.- Participate in code reviews and ensure the maintainability and quality of automated test scripts.- Identify and troubleshoot automation script defects.- Perform exploratory testing to identify areas not covered by automated tests (a plus).- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure a comprehensive testing strategy.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 4-7 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.- Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium for web and mobile application testing.- Proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming languages, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.- Understanding of BDD principles and experience with Cucumber (a plus).-Strong understanding of functional testing principles and practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
