The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, advanced Excel skills, and strong client communication abilities. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models, including formulas, macros, and Power Pivot tables.- Create and manage dashboards to provide clear and concise data visualizations.- Utilize Power Query for data transformation and data modeling.- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.- Write professional emails and reports for internal and client communication.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making processes.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboardsSkills Required :- Advanced Excel : Expert knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.- Excel Formulas : Proficiency in using various Excel formulas to manipulate and analyze data.- Power Pivot : Experience in creating and managing Power Pivot tables for large datasets.- Macros : Ability to write and troubleshoot Excel macros to automate tasks.- Vlookup : Strong understanding of Vlookup and other lookup functions.- Dashboard Creation : Skilled in creating visually appealing and informative dashboards.- Power Query : Proficiency in using Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading.- Data Modeling : Experience in data modeling to structure and organize data for analysis.- Email Writing : Excellent email writing skills for clear and professional communication.- Client Communication : Mandatory requirement for effective client communication skills.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
