Profile: Consultant/ Assistant Manager- WorkivaExperience-3 to 10 YearsLocation: Gurgaon/Bangalore/MumbaiAnnual CTC: 1,000,000 to 2,100,000Job Description:Location - 1st preference (Gurgaon) if not then Bangalore or Mumbai as 2nd preferenceLevels - CON (3+ yrs) (upto 15lpa) AM (5+ yrs) (upto 21lpa)Must have Skills and Experience: 1. Workiva: 2+ years of experience, including Wdata and Wdesk2. Workiva Wdata: Build/define pipelines for data transformation in Workiva3. Workiva Wdata: Create connections to cloud and on-premises ERP using Wdata chains and connectors4. Workiva Wdata: Build Queries, Chains and Tables within Wdata5. Workiva Integration: Build chains for automating data inflow into Workiva from different sources6. Workiva Integration: Run and monitor data integrations in either an on-demand or scheduled process7. Workiva SDLC: Experience in Workiva design, build, SIT, UAT, Go Live and Hyper Care phases8. Workiva SDLC: Experience in Workiva support: monitoring, reporting, change requests, bug fixes, etc.9. SQL Development: Good SQL and analytical skills, able to write complex queries in SQL editor mode10. General: Experience in client facing roles11. General: Identify and design data architecture as per the project/reporting requirements12. General: Technical skills including problem-solving, configuration, implementation.Must have Attributes: 1. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines2. Self-starter and detail oriented3. Work closely with a team of professionals across multiple areas to build solutions4. Willing to learn different technologies based on specific client requirements and deliver the ask5. Assist the lead in the project management on data and status of the project6. Strong written and verbal communication7. Create detailed technical documentationEducation: Must Have: B.E./B.Tech. from top engineering schools with 2-6 years of experience in software developmentGood to Have: MBA/PGDM (Finance)Good to have skills: - Workiva financial statements preparation- financial data mapping, data validation and formatting in Workiva tool.- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.- Workiva ESG and GRC implementation experience- Hands on experience with Python, Excel macros, VB Script, Alteryx, BI and visualization tools such as PowerBI, TableauGood to have Certifications: Badges: Workiva Platform, Global Statutory Reporting Specialization, Data Management SuiteCertifications: GSR Level 1 and 2Required Qualification- Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.)
