Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). You will leverage your expertise in these technologies to build user-friendly, scalable, and high-performing web applications that contribute to our business goals.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Design and develop robust and maintainable front-end applications using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router).- Implement clean and efficient backend logic using Node.js and Express.js for server-side rendering and API development.- Design and manage data models using MongoDB to store and query application data effectively.- Integrate front-end and back-end components using RESTful APIs and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application functionality.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.- Deploy and maintain web applications in a production environment.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies and best practices.Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's- 3-7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and object-oriented programming concepts.- Experience with building user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router) (a plus).- Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js for API development.- Experience with MongoDB for data storage and querying.- Experience with RESTful APIs and various HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) (a plus).- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
