Description:
Responsibilities :- Enhance the visual appeal and user experience of interactive components on websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.- Drive the product vision through research, ideation, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping user flows.- Design and implement aesthetics and themes for websites and products, including layout menus, drop-down options, colors, and fonts.- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other UX/UI designers in an agile team environment.- Justify design choices based on the overall design roadmap, design thinking, and fundamental principles such as color theory and visual weight.- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and trends to continually improve the design team's output.- Create and distribute surveys via social media platforms to gather user feedback on usability.- Conduct usability testing of completed applications, websites, and software to evaluate user experience.Qualifications :- 2-5 years of proven experience in creating and implementing UI/UX designs.- Strong expertise in designing solutions using best practices, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and InVision.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment to create top-performing user interfaces.- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.- A solid grasp of user-centered design principles and design thinking.- Passionate about resolving user pain points through exceptional design.- Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.- Experience with HTML, CSS, and comparable languages is a plus.Perquisites & Benefits :- Opportunity to work with India;s no.1 crowdfunding platform- Be a part of a young, smart and rapidly growing team with management form Ivy League and Premier colleges- Competitive compensation and incentives- Fun, casual, relaxed and flexible work environment.
