Job Summary: We are seeking a talented MS PROS CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Configuration and Pricing (CPQ) solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configuring CPQ modules, and integrating CPQ with other systems as needed. The candidate should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, CPQ development, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.Responsibilities:- Work closely with stakeholders/Clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CPQ solutions.- Design, develop, and customize CPQ solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.- Configure CPQ modules to support complex product configurations, pricing rules, and quote generation processes.- Integrate CPQ with other business systems such as CRM, ERP, and ecommerce platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment of CPQ solutions with business objectives.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on CPQ best practices, performance optimization, and scalability.- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CPQ solutions to ensure quality and reliability.- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and configuration changes.- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ features, enhancements, and industry trends.- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 4+ years of relevant Experience in MS PROS - CPQ- Proven experience as a CPQ Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CPQ (PROS CPQ).- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure.- Hands-on experience in configuring CPQ modules, pricing rules, workflows, and document templates.- Solid understanding of CPQ concepts such as product configuration, pricing optimization, and quote-to-order processes.- Experience in integrating CPQ with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM), ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations), and ecommerce platforms.- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CPQ technologies (optional but preferred).Location : BangaloreEmployment Type : [Full-time]Benefits : As per company Policy (ref:hirist.tech)
